What is Real Apeal?

Real Appeal is a free comprehensive online weight loss program that teaches members how to take small, manageable steps that lead to a healthier body and lifestyle.

How does Real Appeal work?

Real Appeal is a simple, step-by-step program that helps you lose weight by building healthy habits over time. Once you and/or your eligible dependents join the program, you will receive:

  • One year of support from your Transformation Coach. This includes weekly 30 minute group meetings with your coach at a time convenient for you – anytime Monday – Friday from 7 am to 9 pm ET
  • Online library of tools including recipes, exercise videos, and class content.
  • A success kit with food and weight scales, recipes, workout DVDs and more…shipped right to your door!
  • Online dashboard with food, activity, weight and goal trackers that sync with FitBit and Jawbone.

Who can join Real Appeal?

Benefits-eligible associates, their spouses and dependents +18 years and older are eligible to join the program.

If you are benefits eligible and not enrolled in an American Greetings medical plan, your dependents will need to be enrolled as dependents before they can enroll in Real Appeal. You can enroll dependents in two ways:

  • Call the AGBenefits Service Center @ (877) 213-6240
  • Go to myAGBenefits > Life Events > Add dependent for Real Appeal Program and follow the prompts

Please allow two weeks for the dependents to be added before enrolling them on the Real Appeal site.
